Our moving production line will be at the forefront of industrialised construction, with standardisation of products, engineering and 3d models, producing economies of scale by manufacturing in house, creating vertical integration, and maintaining a lean business structure.

Every great achievement starts with someone willing to believe there is a better way.
For James and Rachel Briggs, that journey began with hard work, determination, and a dream bigger than the backyard shed where the business first operated. Together, they built more than a construction company. They built a vision for transforming the way Australia builds.
From his early days as a young apprentice, James developed a passion for craftsmanship and innovation. Rachel brought business expertise, strategic thinking, and an unwavering belief in what the company could become. Together, they embraced every challenge, backed themselves when others wouldn't, and continually pushed beyond what was considered possible.
In 2015, they saw the potential of modular construction long before it became mainstream. Driven by a belief that there had to be a smarter, faster, and more sustainable way to build, they invested in a future that would redefine their business and create new opportunities for communities across the country.
Today, JMB Modular Buildings is recognised as a leader in modular construction, delivering projects that make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Yet despite how far the company has come, the values that shaped its beginnings remain unchanged.
