James is one of Australia’s leading modular construction innovators. Registered as a commercial and domestic builder in four states, he brings over a decade of research and development in DfMA, volumetric modular systems, and international best practice. His experience spans complex commercial projects, high-pressure delivery environments, and engineering-driven building solutions. A licensed helicopter pilot, James applies precision, discipline and systems thinking to design and manufacturing innovation. He has led the technical development of AMC1 and holds unique IP in multi-level modular building systems, precast integration and advanced lifting methodologies.
He has been actively involved in the Master Builders Association Victoria and contributes to the PrefabAus Association, helping to enhance standards in the modular building sector.

With a strong background in commerce and accounting, Rachel has been instrumental in the strategic pivoting and branding of JMB Modular Buildings. Prakhar is the Lead Designer and BIM Coordinator at JMB Modular Buildings, bringing a highly specialized focus on Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), high-performance volumetric modular systems, and advanced BIM coordination. He holds a Master of Architecture from Deakin University and pairs a deep passion for impactful, people-centric spaces with rigorous technical execution.

Prerna as the Lead Estimator applies her technical foundation to the commercial side of construction, preparing detailed estimates, evaluating project documentation, coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing, and supporting informed decision-making during the tender and pre-construction phases. Jason’s combined experience across hands-on building and technical design enables him to bridge the gap between concept and construction, delivering efficient, buildable solutions within the modular building space.
