JMB Constructions, has operated for more than 15 years as a registered building practitioner, working on numerous commercial and domestic projects throughout regional Victoria.
In an increasingly competitive market we created a new division of our business JMB Modular Buildings, founded with foresight that the modular sector within the construction industry (commercial and residential) is growing rapidly.
Upon completion of our first modular project JMB Modular Buildings was recognised at the Australian Construction Awards for ‘Off Site Project of the Year' (runner up) and ‘Architectural Design of the Year' (shortlisted), which is a credit to our talented team.
JMB has a skilled team of tradespeople with decades of experience. We only use trusted tradespeople who have proven to take pride in quality work. There is no substitute for quality. If we aren’t happy with the standard, we know you won’t be either. You can be assured that we won’t hand over anything that we wouldn’t be happy to own ourselves.
JAMES BRIGGS
Managing Director/Master Builder
James has been in the building industry for more than 20 years and has a reputation for quality work and building innovation.
James' background is carpentry and is a registered commercial and domestic builder who loves the challenge of building modern and unique projects. He takes great importance in quality of work, and will stop at nothing to make sure his team delivers a project on time, and that the client is fully satisfied. James is the current Chairman of the North East Section of the Master Builders Association Victoria.
Outside of building, he has a passion for being in the sky, having enjoyed hundreds of skydives and recently obtaining his helicopter pilot licence.
