JAMES BRIGGS
Founder/Managing Director/Registered Builder
James is one of Australia’s leading modular construction innovators. Registered as a commercial and domestic builder in four states, he brings over a decade of research and development in DfMA, volumetric modular systems, and international best practice. His experience spans complex commercial projects, high-pressure delivery environments, and engineering-driven building solutions. A licensed helicopter pilot, James applies precision, discipline and systems thinking to design and manufacturing innovation. He has led the technical development of AMC1 and holds unique IP in multi-level modular building systems, precast integration and advanced lifting methodologies.
He has been actively involved in the Master Builders Victoria, HIA and contributes to the PrefabAus Association, helping to enhance standards in the modular building sector.

With a strong background in commerce and accounting, Rachel has been instrumental in the strategic pivoting and branding of JMB Modular Buildings. Her expertise in financial management and business operations has been crucial in scaling the company’s capabilities and establishing its position as a leader in modular construction.

Lead Designer/BIM Coordinator
Prakhar is the Lead Designer and BIM Coordinator at JMB Modular Buildings, bringing a highly specialized focus on Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), high-performance volumetric modular systems, and advanced BIM coordination. He holds a Master of Architecture from Deakin University and pairs a deep passion for impactful, people-centric spaces with rigorous technical execution.
PRERNA AHUJA
Lead Estimator
Prerna as the Lead Estimator applies her technical foundation to the commercial side of construction, preparing detailed estimates, evaluating project documentation, coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing, and supporting informed decision-making during the tender and pre-construction phases. Her architectural background allows her to look beyond quantities, understanding how design choices influence cost, buildability, and overall project performance.
DAVE VAN MAANENBERG
Project Manager
David is an accomplished project manager with a proven record delivering more than 300 modular homes during his decade with Todd Devine Homes. His strengths include volume scheduling, logistics coordination, QA, and consistent on-time delivery across large-scale residential and modular projects.
JASON MYRTLE
Station Manager
Jason’s combined experience across hands-on building and technical design enables him to bridge the gap between concept and construction, delivering efficient, buildable solutions within the modular building space. He contributes to the engineering and coordination of structural steel chassis and light gauge steel construction, ensuring alignment between structural requirements and architectural intent, while maintaining practical efficiency for modular construction.

Greg is is an experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
With expertise across planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, site management, and stakeholder communication, Greg oversees all phases of construction to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
