Key to lean manufacturing is the moving production line consisting of 8 workstations.
This allows us to manufacture our modules from beginning to end (to at least 95% complete) within 8 weeks.

OUR FACILITY
JMB Modular’s AMC1 factory is a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility purpose‑built for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
The facility operates on an eight‑station production line, enabling modules to move seamlessly through structured phases of assembly, services installation, linings, and finishes. This approach delivers predictable cycle times and consistent quality control.
Digital modelling is integrated from the earliest design stages, with all systems optimised for DfMA to ensure every element is rationalised for off‑site manufacturing, transport, and efficient on‑site installation. On the factory floor, calibrated laser‑projection systems provide precise set‑out of framing, services, and fixings—minimising rework and reducing reliance on manual marking.
Overhead gantry cranes support safe and accurate handling of heavy modules and components, improving productivity and contributing to an industrialised, highly controlled construction workflow.
