MANUFACTURING
Our AMC1 facility has been purpose-built for advanced modular manufacturing.
Modules progress through an eight-station moving production line, with structured stages encompassing steel fabrication, framing, services, internal and external finishes, joinery, flooring and final fit-out.
Factory-controlled construction enables greater consistency, repeatability and quality assurance while allowing manufacturing and site works to progress concurrently.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Our capability continues beyond the manufacturing floor.
Depending on project requirements, JMB can coordinate site preparation, construction management, transportation, crane installation, module connection, finishing works and final project delivery.
By considering transportation and installation during the design process, we create a more coordinated transition between factory and site.
