The difference is engaging an experienced modular manufacturer early, tailoring documentation to the manufacturer’s building system, minimising parts and module count, standardising components, designing for efficient joining, optimising module orientation and load paths, and embedding transport/lift/install parameters from day one. These fundamentals reduce redesign cycles, shrink onsite scope, improve quality control and accelerate delivery.

Consulting rate is $330/hour (ex gst) with fixed-scope packages available for defined deliverables.

JMB Modular have a number of unique designs to choose from.
Our set of designs are architecturally inspired leading the way in design, aesthetics and innovation.

If your preference is to do something truly unique you can utilise our building design services and revel in your creativity to create your own innovative space. Our design team will sit down with you to understand your concept and work in collaboration with you to ensure that the design is to your brief and budget.

Once the design is formalised we will provide expert advice on exterior finishes and interior design to ensure your project has that wow factor.
​
The choice and range of external cladding and finishes available in the market is wide and far ranging.
In collaboration with you, the JMB design team will help select the external finishes that will suit the design, complement the surrounding site and be within your budget.

INTERIOR DESIGN
We know how hard it is to select colour schemes, fixtures and finishes, all while trying to complement your style, and believe some things are better left to the experts.
​
This is why we have put together a few colour sets to choose from to make it nice and easy, but if you want to receive expert advice from our interior stylist you'll ensure your project has that wow factor and looks just as good on the inside as it does on the outside.
At an additional cost our interior stylist will sit down with you to understand your individual style and in consultation with you develop a vision board for your build. They will guide you through the process of selecting fittings, fixtures and finishes to create that magazine worthy home that meets your individual style.
From kitchen cabinetry selection to bathroom ware JMB will help to remove the stress that often comes with making these important decisions.
