OUR STORY
JMB was founded by James and Rachel Briggs with a belief that construction could be done differently.
What began as a family construction business evolved as James and Rachel recognised the potential of volumetric modular construction to overcome many of the challenges facing traditional building.
In 2015, JMB began investing heavily in modular construction, research and development, building systems and advanced manufacturing.
That commitment has grown into the JMB of today: an innovative Australian modular construction company with the people, systems and manufacturing infrastructure to support increasingly complex and large-scale projects.
While the technology, projects and scale of the business have evolved, JMB remains proudly family-owned and grounded in the same principles that built the company from the beginning: hard work, practical thinking, quality construction and the determination to find a better way.
